Western Taste visits Kungsmads High School Bakery Class

Our researcher Sofie Johansson went with Managing Director Alexander Yu to visit Gunilla Svensson at the famous bakery high school in Vaxjo. The students learn how to bake delicious cakes and cookies to large enterprises, weddings, graduations and other special occasions. The students are professional and very skilled in their field.
