Chateau Gigognan Wine Dinner
at Maison Boulud in Beijing

Chateau Gigognan is one of the most prestigious wineries in the area of Rhone Valley were Châteauneuf-du-Pape is made and of-course it is what the winery is specialized in. To make the perfect Châteauneuf-du-Pape takes dedication and skilled personal knowledge within wine making. Not all wineries can do it or perform the high quality standards that the wine demands. The grapes consist of mainly Syrah and Grenache. There are two stiles to be made. One is more tannic and strong where the other is more subtle and balanced. Chateau Gigognan is usually more subtle and smooth. The balance between the tannins and the fruits are very well made which makes Chateau Gigognan more prestigious and different than most.

Chateau Gigognan covers 72ha (178 acres) with 3 appellations: Cotes du Rhone, Cotes du Rhone Villages, Chateauneuf-du-Pape. Chateau Gigognan has been awarded "Welcome of Excellence" (highest grade of quality) by inter Rhone quality charter.

Mr. Frederic Bayle, Sales Director of the winery will be hosting and introduce his wines during the dinner.

This is really once in a lifetime experience and we at WesternTaste.com sincerely hope you will be attending.

Warm Regards,
