Best Champagne House 2008?

It is hard to determen who is the best Champagne house in 2008. First of all, there are so many of them, second is that their has been several newly developed Champagne houses in Champagne this year. One reason could be becouse of the new law that has just been implemented in France. The boarders of Champagne will extend with a total of 40 new houses. Which means an increadible increase of ability to manufacture Champagne. Many people believes this has to do with the high demand of Champagne in the world due to Chinas and Russias extreemly high rise of inflation and investments from around the world. This leads to millions of new millionairs in the world, which leads to high demand of luxury products around the world, that includes Champagne.

So, thank you China and Russia for that. More Champagne in the world and hopefully higher competition and decreasing of prices. Although experts say that most likely the prices of Champagne will increase due to the willingness of high cost payment from consumers in China and Russia. Prices on Champagne is today most consumed in these two contries and the price of a bottle is most of the time doubble the price from Europe.

Is it creating problems or creating solutions for further business development in the world of wine?
